Some seasons of therapy call for focused, immersive work. Others call for steady weekly support over time. Below are the primary ways we can work together, with space in consultation to discern what best fits your goals, nervous system, schedule, and current capacity.
What Are Therapy Intensives?
Therapy intensives are extended virtual sessions designed for clients who want focused time to work with a specific pattern, experience, relationship dynamic, or area of stuckness. Instead of spreading the work across several weekly sessions, an intensive allows us to slow down, stay with the material longer, and build more continuity in the process.
Who Can Benefit?
Intensives may be a good fit for adults or couples who are ready to focus on a specific issue and want more spacious, concentrated support. Specific examples:
What to Expect
Intensive Packages
3-Hour Intensive - $900
5-Hour Intensive - $1,450
8-Hour Two-Day Intensive - $2,300
Follow-Up Session - $250
Couples intensives are priced individually based on length and goals, starting at $1,000.
Why Choose an Intensive?
More time to stay with the work without rushing.
A focused format for specific patterns, memories, or relationship dynamics.
Greater continuity than weekly sessions can sometimes provide.
Personalized integration support after the intensive.
Interested in an intensive?
We can talk through your goals, timing, and whether an intensive format makes sense for your needs.

Weekly therapy is an investment in focused, personalized work over time. My practice is designed for clients who want active, depth-oriented therapy that supports meaningful change both inside and outside of session.
This option is for high-insight adults who may appear successful and capable on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally overextended, self-critical, or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift alone.
This option is for couples who may look functional and accomplished externally, yet feel distant, misunderstood, reactive, or stuck in repeating patterns. Our work focuses on the emotional undercurrents of the relationship, not just the surface conflict.
