Virtual Therapy for Insightful Adults and Couples with ADHD, Trauma, and Relationship Stress

You understand yourself deeply, but insight alone has not been enough to change the patterns that keep showing up. I offer hands-on, depth-oriented therapy for adults and couples across Oregon who are ready to do the work differently.

Based in Portland. Virtual across Oregon.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware. On the outside, they may look accomplished, responsible, and put together. Internally, they often feel overwhelmed, emotionally intense, stuck in self-criticism, or exhausted from trying to manage everything alone.

You may understand your patterns well, but still find yourself repeating them in relationships, work, family dynamics, or the way you treat yourself. You may have done a lot of reflecting already and want therapy that moves beyond simply talking about the problem.

For Insightful Folks Ready For Change

For Insightful Folks Ready For Change

You may be a good fit if:

• Feel deeply self-aware but still stuck in old patterns

• Want a therapist who is engaged, direct, and active in the room

• Are navigating ADHD, trauma, emotional intensity, or relationship stress

• Tend to overthink, overfunction, people-please, shut down, or spiral

• Are ready to reflect honestly and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others

Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding your nervous system, your history, your relationships, and your patterns with enough clarity and compassion that real change becomes possible.

How I will work with you...

My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and active. I do not just sit back and nod while you try to figure everything out on your own.

Together, we look for the patterns underneath the symptoms: how your nervous system responds, how old experiences shape current relationships, and where ADHD, trauma, identity, or attachment dynamics may be making life harder than it needs to be.

Depending on your needs, our work may include depth-oriented talk therapy, EMDR or Flash Technique, ADHD-informed strategies, relationship pattern work, and practical experiments between sessions.
