what you might be going through...

I understand that each person’s path is uniquely complex—especially for women and female-socialized people with ADHD. You may look “high functioning” on the outside, but inside feel chronically overwhelmed, disorganized, and like you're always falling short. You might struggle to start tasks (even the ones you care about), keep your space or schedule manageable, or maintain energy for daily demands. Emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, and difficulty setting boundaries may impact your relationships. Maybe you’ve spent years masking, overworking, or people-pleasing—feeling like you had to earn rest or prove your worth.

In my practice, I offer space to unlearn those internalized expectations and rebuild a relationship with yourself grounded in compassion, authenticity, and clarity. I take a holistic approach, blending traditional talk therapy with coaching strategies, nervous system work, and integration techniques. Together, we can make sense of your patterns, nurture your strengths, and create sustainable systems that actually work for your brain.

As a neurodiverse therapist, I support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of trauma. You don’t have to do it all alone, or perfectly. This is a space to come home to yourself.

how i work with you

ADHD Therapy

I specialize in ADHD therapy for women and female-socialized individuals who have spent much of their lives feeling like something was wrong with them. Maybe you've always felt “too much” or “not enough”—too emotional, too messy, too forgetful, too distracted—or like no matter how hard you try, you still can’t keep up. You might feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, stuck in cycles of procrastination and burnout, or constantly managing the mental load for everyone but yourself.

In our work together, I’ll help you understand your neurodivergent brain with more clarity and compassion. ADHD therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about unlearning shame, rebuilding trust with yourself, and finding personalized systems that actually work for your life. My approach blends insight-oriented therapy with practical support to help you both get things done and reconnect with your inherent worth. Together, we’ll explore how to work with your brain instead of against it—and how to finally feel at home in who you are.

Attachment Therapy

I love facilitating ADHD therapy for women in Portland and love using attachment theory in my practice. As a female focused ADHD therapist, I focus on understanding how childhood relationships and wounds affect us in adulthood. ADHD therapy benefits include healing within the therapeutic relationship. Many people with ADHD find this approach helps them connect with their emotions and cope better. I love helping people safely learn how to feel their feelings and navigate life successfully.

Existential Therapy

I also enjoy working with women and female socialized queer people who are wondering or struggling with the meaning of life and existence. As a female focused ADHD therapist in Portland, I use existential therapy to help clients explore these bigger life questions and find comfort and peace. ADHD therapy benefits include gaining a deeper understanding of one's purpose and addressing feelings of disconnection. Many women and female socialized queer people with ADHD find this approach helps them navigate life more successfully. Supporting women in safely learn how to feel their feelings and live a fulfilling life is incredible to watch, and we all deserve this.
